Theresa E. Keves Biography
Theresa Elaine Keves is an Independent Non-Attorney Professional Mediator, Talk Show Host, Hearing Officer and Virtual Business Director. She is the 5th child out of six children born to two loving, hard working, spirited individuals.
With a combination of more than 37 years in the legal field and the corporate arena, Theresa is extremely passionate, logical and loyal about her career in Business and Professional Mediation. A kind, caring, insightful and trustworthy individual, she is certainly at her best when she is helping those who want and need her assistance, which attributes to the high commitment that she has with the specialized services she offers, in her mediation practice.
Theresa has become a talk show host (TalkZone.com) for her own internet radio program, titled “Put It All On The Table Through Mediation.” It airs bi-weekly, on Thursdays at 8 am MST (please check for your local listing). The premise of this show is to not only have great conversations about the practice of mediation; but, to educate, inform, enlighten/inspire the general public about the great benefits that are contained within the mediation process.
An advocate for education, she has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a Master in Business Administration and Technology Management. Theresa has a Professional Certificate in Mediation from the University of Phoenix and a Professional Certificate in Mediating The Litigated Case, from Pepperdine University School of Law, Washington, D.C. Theresa hears Small Claims cases/Civil Traffic cases for the Justice Courts. She is a Volunteer Mediator for the Attorney General Office – Civil Rights Division, where recently she boasts 100% case resolution.
She also volunteers her time to train high school students for Peer Mediation and assisted in training other prospecting mediators for the Attorney General Office.
